Well, last week was a bit better on the workout front. I managed to get in a few days of Beginner Shred and ran both days of the weekend. However, this week has been a bust. Been feeling run down exhausted and people have been passing around the flu at work. I dislike when my body feels super heavy and I have no appetite. I did walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes today, but that’s about all I’ve done this week. Tomorrow I am hitting up Tessa’s beginner belly dance class.
I am officially registered for the Red Flannel Run on 2/14. Hopefully I will be ready to pound out 3 miles by then. I have also joined a 90 day challenge at my gym that starts in February. My first weigh in is 2/8. I am doing the body transformation challenge as opposed to the weight loss challenge. Time to kick my muffin top once and for all!
