Last week was a bust. Getting back to my regular routine proved a challenge. I did make it to work, however, getting in early workouts didn’t happen. Nor did getting in a workout after putting in a full work day. The sub zero temps were no help either. I wanted to hibernate under blankets!
This week is off to a better start. I woke up around 5:15 am, but just couldn’t get my ass moving. I cut out of work a couple of hours early today and did level 1 of Beginner Shred. Now to continue that trend tomorrow morning before work.
