As tomorrow is the start of a new week, I am officially starting Jillian Michaels’ Body Revolution program. I’m not in tremendous need of losing weight, but I do need to shake off the laziness of the winter season. I did the first workout on New Year’s Day, just to see what I am getting myself into. And boy, for only 30 minutes of work, I am still sore from the ass kicking. I am so glad to be done with the weirdness that is the holiday season, so I can go back to my regular schedule. I also have a friend that is starting to teach beginner Egyptian belly dance classes on Thursday evenings. The 8 week sessions start this Thursday. I might just be a glutton for punishment, but I am going to throw those in to shake things up as well.
